Jeffrey Boehm     Sold new at Maplewood Imports in St. Paul MN.
    Second owner purchased her from Schmidt
    VW/Audi/MB in Rochester MN where she has
    been ever since. I believe that we are the 4 or 5
    owners. Second owner changer color from
    Bahia Red to black sometime around 1990.
    He traded her to a repair shop for a Jag and she
    sat for the better part of 5 years before they put
    her back on the raod and sold her to a school
    teacher here in Rochester. This is who we
    bought her from in 2000. I use it for pleasure
    drives only.


    The car has been modified with a K&Ncone filter,     blue Bosch coil, silicone plug wires, SS
    exchangers, a 4 tip Ansa style exhaust, rear
    center reflector, Halogen fog and H-4 headlights short shifter Lowered w/bump steer kit Euro lenses frt
    and rear Sony CDstereo, with more mods to come. It's a driver not a concours winner!

    This is my second 914 the first was a 1970 1.7L. I do all my own maintenance and repair work (not body
    work). This last summer I swapped the engine for a lower mileage 1.8 and installed a new clutch p-plate
    and throw out bearing as well as a new exhaust system and misc. electrical work.
